As an army officer’s wife, Jeanne Covert has learned to adapt and understand various world cultures and mindsets. She has organized meetings, conference, and functions at the division level. She is also trained by the army as a AFTB Master Trainer to give oral presentations and teach any subject matter.

Jeanne became involved in film when she supported her minor daughters in their acting endeavors. She learned the various jobs on set and produced several shorts. She started writing when she couldn’t find that perfect feature to produce.

She’s now a multi-optioned, high concept screenwriter who has two scripts going to production this fall.

Zombie Scouts, to be released with Armonia Publishing in spring, 2017, is the novelization of one of her optioned scripts and her first book.
