Book Recommendation from Armonia Author Linda Carlblom

One of my favorite books is Living Prayer by Robert Benson. In it, Benson calls us not only to a deeper life of prayer, but invites us to make prayer such a vital part of our lives that our lives actually become a prayer. Beautifully written, Benson’s quiet, down-to-earth prose sounds almost poetic, which is part of its charm. This book always takes me deeper, no matter how many times I read it, and I absolutely love that. Without a doubt, Robert Benson has become one of my favorite nonfiction authors and I’ve read almost all his books. I urge anyone to read Living Prayer, and if you can’t get your hands on a copy, then any of his other books will do.
